The Position

We are seeking an exhibit fabricator / carpenter to work directly with our production team in the manufacturing and fabrication of high-quality tradeshow displays and exhibits. Role requires attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in all finished products, exceeding the expectations of our customers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient processing of materials, maintaining manufacturing equipment and resources, and supporting production company wide.

Job Responsibilities

Fabricate high-quality exhibits using wood and structural components. Interpret build plans into accurate cut/assembly lists for efficient production. Safely operate and maintain shop tools and equipment. Meet tight deadlines across multiple projects. Communicate effectively with the production team. Collaborate in a team-based environment. Review completed work with the production manager to improve efficiency and cost. Support additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of cabinetry/cabinetmaking experience. Woodworking education preferred; proven experience accepted. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Clear verbal and written communication. CNC and millwork equipment experience an asset. Familiarity with 3D modeling software an asset. Knowledge of Octanorm and custom construction techniques an asset.
