Summary

We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in North Bay, ON. This role is vital in supporting our mission to promote long-term health and well-being by assisting with patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

Assist chiropractors with ongoing patient care. Provide soft tissue therapy according to the patient's treatment plan, outlined by the chiropractors. Demonstrate exercises and stretches. Set-up and perform therapeutic modalities - ultrasound, laser, IFC/TENS, etc. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure overall cleanliness of the clinic, including laundry. Support administrative tasks, such as filing charts, answering the phone, scheduling appointments and take payments. Maintain a compassionate and professional environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience is an asset but not a requirement. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Time management skills.
This role is ideal for students or gradutates in:

OTA/PTA programs Kinesiology Physical Health and Education Strength and Conditioning Or anyone eager to learn in a hands-on clinical setting

Hours

Our hours vary from day-to-day in order to cater to different populations of people. Please ensure you are available for the following shifts.

Monday: 12pm - 6pm Tuesday: 7am - 1pm Wednesday: 12pm - 6pm Thursday: 12pm - 6pm Friday: 7am - 1pm

Positions Available

We are looking to hire one (1) full-time and one (1) part-time employee. Average full-time hours include 35 hours per week.

Interviews

Candidates will be contacted early December to arrange an interview time in the New Year. Interviews will be conducted early January 2026.
