Title: Executive Strategy and Transformation Consultant

Introduction
We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and operational transformations within the poultry industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience driving organizational change, improving efficiency, and executing growth strategies for poultry production, processing, or agribusiness organizations. This role requires a proven leader capable of aligning executive vision with measurable business outcomes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering sustainable transformation in a complex, regulated, and fast-evolving industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, transformation leadership, or executive management, with at least 5 years in the poultry industry or closely related agrifood sectors.
• Proven success leading large-scale business transformations and delivering measurable financial and operational impact.
• Strong background in business strategy, operational excellence, and performance improvement within vertically integrated poultry operations.
• Deep understanding of poultry production processes, supply chain management, and industry compliance standards (e.g., CFIA, USDA, or equivalent).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive advisory skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field; MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives (IoT, automation, traceability systems, ERP modernization) in agribusiness environments.
• Familiarity with sustainability and ESG strategies within food production.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent methodology is an asset.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite executives to define and execute strategic priorities, business transformation programs, and performance improvement initiatives across production, supply chain, and operations.
• Lead end-to-end transformation programs--including organizational restructuring, process optimization, digital enablement, and operational excellence initiatives--specific to poultry or agrifood organizations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for productivity gains, cost reduction, and quality improvement across hatcheries, processing plants, and distribution networks.
• Design and drive comprehensive change management frameworks to ensure leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes or technologies.
• Use analytics and performance metrics to evaluate business performance, forecast market trends, and support data-informed decision-making.
• Leverage deep understanding of poultry sector dynamics--biosecurity, animal welfare, supply chain logistics, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks--to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (producers, processors, regulators, technology partners) to align initiatives with strategic goals.
