Role Purpose/ Summary:





The Executive Services Coordinator is a highly trusted, full-time, in-office position that acts as the CEO's right-hand support and internal project coordinator. This role is responsible for spearheading corporate initiatives assigned by the CEO, improving business processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the corporate head office environment.



The successful candidate will take ownership of cross-functional projects, conduct research and workflow reviews, and help implement systems and tools that increase organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:





Act as the CEO's primary project support, leading corporate initiatives from concept through to implementation. Review business workflows (e.g., finance, HR, operations) to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Research, evaluate and help implement new tools, systems and internal processes to improve organizational performance. Coordinate cross-departmental projects and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met. Create and manage systems such as corporate boardroom booking processes and other head office coordination mechanisms. Oversee head office management including: + Office supply ordering and inventory management, and
+ Liaising with building management and vendors as required.
Prepare briefing notes, reports and summaries for the CEO as needed. Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted ambassador of the CEO's office.

Qualifications:





Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement concepts. Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, executive-level environment. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
