Position: Executive Legal Assistant
Location: Toronto (Onsite)
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (Based on experience)

Our client, a prestigious law firm is seeking a skilled Executive Legal Assistant to join their Toronto office to provide comprehensive support to senior partners and collaborate with a dynamic legal team. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly manage complex calendars, court schedules, and appointments.
- Prepare documents, arrange logistics, and provide support for meetings, court appearances, and events.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents (pleadings, affidavits, briefs, etc.).
- Organize files, assist with discovery logistics, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors for document production.
- Handle all communications with precision, including screening calls, managing correspondence, and responding promptly on behalf of the Partners.
- Manage time dockets, billing processes, and expense submissions while adhering to organizational protocols.
- Collaborate with lawyers, clerks and vendors for the collection, review and production of documents.
- Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion with sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in an executive legal support role, preferably in civil litigation.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and legal practice tools like iManage and Soluno.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to thrive under pressure.
