The Executive Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the establishment. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard. Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the property. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the establishment.

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning practices, with a strong understanding of various cleaning techniques and products. Previous hotel experience is essential, with a focus on hospitality standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests. Ability to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
