Job Summary

The Executive Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding the organization toward its mission and vision. This position involves overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing organizational policies, and fostering relationships with families and staff. The Executive Director will lead a dynamic team, and ensure the organization's sustainability through effective leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
