Your Impact

As Executive Director, you will:


Lead with vision, building and inspiring a collaborative leadership team. Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and service. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and financial integrity. Build community visibility and engagement to support full occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

Oversee all aspects of operations, including HR, dining, marketing, accounting, safety, and maintenance. Maintain compliance with all provincial and local regulations. Protect resident and employee confidentiality at all times.

Resident & Family Relations

Ensure residents' needs are met with warmth and professionalism. Build lasting, trust-based relationships with residents and their families.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and retain high-caliber staff who share your passion for service. Lead dynamic onboarding and ongoing training programs. Inspire confidence, motivation, and pride across your team.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in senior living or related hospitality/healthcare management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Relevant licensure or certification per provincial regulations. Proven ability to lead with empathy and drive operational excellence.
