Salary range: $120,000-$125,000

Position Overview:
The Executive Director ('ED') acts as a senior Provincial leader for NPower Canada, responsible for the strategic leadership, operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and financial health of programs and partnerships. As the public face of the NPower Canada programs in the province (flexible to assigned region), and a key member of the Executive leadership team, the ED champions a unified vision of economic inclusion, workforce innovation, and meaningful employment for underserved communities.
This role is accountable for aligning regional strategies with national goals, customizing approaches to address local context, while leveraging national Shared Services to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-impact outcomes. The ED ensures exceptional program quality and employment results, sustainable partner engagement, and strong operational stewardship to meet our organizational mission and performance goals.
The Executive Director must reside near a geo-hub within the province it serves, and is comfortable with travel provincially and nationally, occasionally overnight as business demands.
