We are currently seeking an Experienced Executive Chef with a passion for culinary excellence and a proven track record in multi-cuisine mastery.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and versatile Executive Chef with demonstrated proficiency across a diverse range of culinary disciplines, including Hakka Chinese, Pakistani, Punjabi, Continental, Middle Eastern, and Baking with a proven background in high-end banquet service or fine dining. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in similar environments, demonstrates culinary leadership, and has a passion for global flavors. In this role, you will help execute large-scale events, maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation, and support the growth of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership
Direct and manage all kitchen operations across multiple cuisine stations.
Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff to uphold professional standards and culinary excellence
Menu Development
Design and implement authentic and innovative menus reflecting the following cuisines:
Hakka Chinese
Pakistani
Punjabi
Continental
Middle Eastern
Baking and Pastry Arts
Ensure seasonal relevance, cost efficiency, and alignment with brand identity.
Operational Management
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage procurement, inventory control, and vendor relations to optimize kitchen efficiency and cost control.
Guest Experience
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address guest feedback and accommodate special dietary requirements with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role with multi-cuisine exposure.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
Proven ability to work in high-volume environments while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operation
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using kitchen management systems
Physically fit and capable of performing all duties including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
A team player with a positive, self-motivated attitude and leadership potential
