Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner who plays a vital role in enabling the success of three senior leaders. You'll be part of a collaborative administrative team that values initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to service. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and communicate with clarity will be key to creating capacity and impact across the organization.
In this role, you'll leverage your organizational expertise and proactive mindset to manage competing priorities with confidence. You'll act as the voice and right hand of your executives - streamlining operations, coordinating communications, and ensuring that every detail is handled with care. Your collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement will help shape a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
This is a Permanent, Full-time role based at our Vancity Head Office location. This role will require you to predominately work in-office five days a week, with some flexibility to work from home time to time.
