Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Full-Time, Onsite)
Salary: Up to $100,000 CAD, depending on experience

About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can adapt to a variety of administrative, operational, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and bookings, including coordinating international or quarterly travel.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for investor meetings, portfolio reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Support stakeholder relationships, liaising with investors, portfolio companies, and partners professionally.
Assist with philanthropy initiatives, volunteering events, or community engagements (e.g., church or charitable programs).
Handle expense reports, vendor coordination, and light office management duties.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications.
Contribute to team efficiency by streamlining processes, troubleshooting issues, and providing ad hoc support.
Preferred / Asset Qualifications
Background in finance, hedge funds, or investment management.
Experience in philanthropy, volunteering, or community engagement.
Proven experience assisting with travel planning and bookings.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, and Nimble is a plus.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Work Schedule & Environment
Typical hours: 9:00-5:00 / 8:00-4:00, with occasional evenings/weekends.
Downtown Toronto office, full-time onsite.
Some travel required, approximately once per quarter.
