Senpilot is a fast-growing Canadian tech startup building AI-powered tools that streamline operations and unlock new levels of productivity for utilities. As we grow, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and keep our operations running smoothly.
Position Overview
We're seeking someone who thrives in a startup environment and is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats. The ideal candidate has experience at a tech company and enjoys enabling an executive team to perform at their best.
This is a
full-time, remote role
with the option to work from our
downtown office
when needed.
Responsibilities
1) Executive Support & Logistics
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and conference logistics for the executive team
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle day-to-day operational coordination
Assist with preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings
2) Operations & Administration
Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and receipt management
Support onboarding processes and employee benefits administration
Maintain internal documentation and help streamline workflows
Assist with vendor coordination and general operational tasks
Help with various ad-hoc tasks to support the exec team and company operations
What We're Looking For
Experience working at a
tech company
or fast-paced startup
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and anticipate needs before they arise
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc. (or willingness to learn quickly)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
