This firm is known for its innovative strategies, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence.If you're an organized, proactive, and resourceful individual with a passion for supporting senior executives, this opportunity is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Scheduling: Organize and maintain schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Event Planning: Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and team gatherings, including logistics and catering.
- Office Operations: Support daily office functions, including managing supplies, handling expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting Executive level.
- Education: Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Salesforce, Concur.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
