Key Responsibilities
Business Support:
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Oversee emails, communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the executive.
Track projects and deliverables using Asana or similar tools.
Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors across multiple businesses.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
Assist with bill tracking, financial organization, and vendor management.
Personal & Household Support:
Maintain an organized and efficient home environment (light cleaning, decluttering, and arranging).
Assist with errands, shopping, and personal tasks.
Support meal prep and household organization projects.
Schedule and coordinate personal appointments, family activities, and events.
Serve as a point of contact for home services and vendors.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills; thrives in multitasking.
High level of discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information.
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana/project management tools).
Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
Comfortable balancing professional executive tasks with personal support needs.
