We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support two CEOs in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage business responsibilities while also handling personal tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the schedules of both CEOs, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEOs, such as managing household appointments and personal shopping.
Organize events and coordinate logistics for both professional and personal engagements.
Act as a liaison between the CEOs and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: $52,145.53-$63,847.35 per year
