YOUR MISSION
Independently perform various advanced administrative tasks;
Manage the schedules of the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Talent Officer;
Organize and coordinate meeting logistics;
Coordinate business travel, expense accounts, and all travel logistics for the Chief Officers and certain division directors;
Draft communications, correspondence, and various texts in French and English;
Draft minutes for certain meetings of the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Talent Officer;
Prepare and monitor the Revenue and Talent budget;
Coordinate logistics for special professional and social occasions (conferences, forums, events, galas, etc.) that the CEOs are required to attend;
Provide administrative support to the Talent and Revenue Division Leadership team;
Contribute to various Talent and Revenue projects and programs;
Coordinate the sending of invitations to various activities (employee premieres, celebrations, etc.);
Coordinate the distribution of Ovation gifts;
Liaise with the various departments and divisions of Cirque.
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
Experience working with senior management;
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Excellent sense of priorities, organization, and teamwork;
Keen sense of diplomacy, discretion, professional maturity, and judgment;
Independence, thoroughness, and tact;
High availability, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure;
Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing and preparing presentations;
Experience in event planning and/or management will be considered an asset;
Proven bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).
