YOUR ROLE
As a true right-hand, your responsibilities will include:
- Follow up, manage calendar, emails and files;
- Screen and manage telephone calls and internal follow-ups;
- Maintain good relationships with the company\'s clients;
- Manage business travel;
- Organize meetings, appointments, and manage invitations to various events;
- Prepare administrative documents;
- Produce various types of reports such as expense reports;
- Attend meetings, drafting minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- DVS in Secretarial Studies or any other relevant training/experience
- Experience in an managment support role
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Good flexibility and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and discretion
- Thoroughness and ability to work with minimal supervision
