Regina Housing provides appropriate and affordable housing to those most in need in our community. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our management team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clerical and computer skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Creates board packages and other related correspondence
Assists with various government reporting requirements
Assists with preparations for ORT submissions and meetings
Creates and coordinates regular tenant communications such as newsletters
Undertakes assigned research and assists in the planning and implementation of all related strategy initiatives
Assists with HR administration
Provides support to employee training programs
Maintains the RHA website and oversees the RHA email and incoming mail, ensuring all inquiries and related matters are dealt with appropriately
Manages the RHA cell phone plan and equipment, ensuring resources are managed effectively and that employees have working equipment
Maintains the electronic filing system
Provides other administrative support to the RHA Management Team
Experience
3-5 year's administration or executive assistant experience required
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of stakeholders including those from diverse range of cultures, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Demonstrated experience with computers including high proficiency in all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access. Experience with JD Edwards is considered an asset.
Demonstrated experience in the creation of reports and analyzing information

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize a large workload while managing competing interests and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgment and critical thinking skills
Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team setting
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, problem solve, and work efficiently under tight timelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $49,851.00-$59,821.00 per year
