The Role
You will be responsible for :

  • Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
  • Performing project-based work as assigned.
  • Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities.
  • Analysing valuation and returns.
  • Oversight of transaction due diligence.
  • Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents.
  • Deal structuring and other transaction related matters.
  • Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals.
  • Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements.
  • Keeping abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Corporate Finance / Strategy or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services and Financial Services industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You have working knowledge of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
