Responsibilities

  • Seventy-five percent (75%) of your time will be focused on supporting our Practice with:
  • The design, development, and refinement of client deliverable reports, documents, and presentations using the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Twenty-five percent (25%) of your time will be focused on supporting our Practice with:
  • Entering, reviewing, and maintaining client accounts and contact information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Reviewing upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team; coordinating the logistics and flow of work to specific team members (i.e., documents for review/signature)
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports
  • Coordinating and scheduling internal and external meeting and appointment logistics and preparing supporting material
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems
  • Contributing to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Working collaboratively with other team members and leadership
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary
Skills and Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a professional working environment
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in the formatting functionalities of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Creative & proactive communication skills
  • Experience creating data visualization & attention for document design & detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with publishing software considered is considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
  • Creative communications certificate or diploma is considered a strong asset
