Sabai Thai Spa is seeking a proactive and dynamic

Executive Assistant

to the CEO to join our team full-time, onsite. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support -- the ideal candidate will not only manage executive priorities but also bring creativity and initiative to support sales activities and strengthen the CEO's personal brand through social media. If you are outgoing, highly organized, and passionate about wellness and leadership, this is an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and visibility of Sabai Thai Spa.

Key Responsibilities

C-Level Support:

Manage CEO's calendar, emails, travel, and daily priorities with discretion and precision.

Sales Assistance:

Help track leads, follow up with prospects, and support the CEO in nurturing connections made after events to drive business growth.

Personal Branding:

Create, schedule, and support CEO's content on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Research trends and propose ideas to strengthen personal and company branding. Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant and the Social Impact Specialist.

Communication & Liaison

: Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Research & Strategy Support:

Conduct market research, prepare presentations, and summarize insights for executive decisions.

Representation:

Uphold the CEO's and company's image with professionalism and a confident, outgoing demeanor.

Qualifications:

Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level leadership. Knowledge of sales processes and/or client management. Proficiency with major social media platforms and digital marketing basics. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead. Strong written and verbal communication. Fast learner with a positive, "can-do" attitude. Outgoing, professional, and polished. Flexible to work full-time, onsite at Sabai Thai. Preferred: minimal personal schedule conflicts that could impact availability.
