Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for providing top-notch administrative support? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our esteemed client in Ottawa.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the seamless flow of operations. Your exceptional organizational skills will shine as you manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and facilitate travel arrangements with precision for the C-level Executives. Your keen eye for detail and proactive mindset will be invaluable in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence of the highest quality.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines will be essential in maintaining productivity and efficiency. As a trusted partner to the Executives, your professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality will be paramount.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information tactfully
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Familiarity with the Ottawa business landscape is an advantage
