Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Executive Assistant to work for a globally known company in the financial industry in Ottawa, ON. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding process of new clients as well as performing follow-up and various complex administrative tasks.   • Shifts: Monday - Friday | 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00pm | Hybrid 4 days in office 1 day from home

Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist with the onboarding process of new clients for investment and insurance.
  • Manage daily client support by assisting our clients with all queries.
  • Assist in the booking and preparation of annual reviews for new and existing clients.
  • Act as a Liaison between our office and various vendors.
  • Input data and maintain accurate and current records for all clients in our client management system
  • Aid in ongoing client compliance
  • Work with the team to manage calendars and daily activities
  • Develop a strong relationship with our clients.
  • Responsible for following up on new applications for individual policies including life insurance, disability and critical illness.
  • Manage expenses in Quickbooks
  • Responsible for social media posts and maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in an administrative office setting.
  • Experience in the insurance and investment industry is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
  • Experience with handling social media platforms
  • Strong ability to take charge and work independently will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
