VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking to hire a full-time Executive & Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Executive team and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, be part of a great company culture, and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, preparing for meetings, handling calls from customers and contractors, and assisting with daily operations to maintain high levels of efficiency and professionalism.


What You'll Do




Overseeing all aspects of executive support, communications, and office operations Manage administrative staff and coordinate support functions across departments Prepare, review, and maintain reports, correspondence, and documentation Track and report on key operational priorities, deadlines, and projects Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and organization Provide analysis, summaries, and reporting to senior management to support decision-making Assist in securing and coordinating resources for projects, initiatives, and external partnerships Ensure timely completion of statutory, corporate, and internal reporting requirements Review administrative processes, provide recommendations for improvement, and implement efficiency initiatives Work closely with other departments and stakeholders in the organization to achieve common goals
