We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented
Personal/Executive Assistant
to support a busy executive in both personal and professional matters. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, experience with invoicing and basic bookkeeping, and can manage a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track invoices, receipts, and expenses
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using tools such as QuickBooks, or similar
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
Organize personal errands and tasks
Maintain email and calendar management for the executive
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant
Familiarity with invoicing and bookkeeping practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
