Smith's Pharmacy is seeking a tech-savvy Executive Assistant with a passion for nutrition, holistic health, and exceptional customer service. We are a reputable compounding pharmacy in Toronto and Vaughan, known for our personalized care and holistic approach to health. Responsibilities:

Dispense vitamins and supplements in the natural health dispensary. Sales of vitamins, supplements, and professional product lines. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service. Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon, Shipstation, G-suite, and Microsoft Excel. Manage website SEO, increase exposure, and visibility. Assist Amazon/Shopify team with product uploads, fixing violations, and messages. Provide graphic designs for company materials. Update website product listings and pricing. Improve social media platform visits and visibility. Participate in projects and marketing administration. Develop educational videos for social media and events. Assist the CEO in administrative tasks. Create store promotions and visual merchandising.
Qualifications:.

Preferred graduate from or current in a school of Nutrition, Holistic Medicine, Homeopathic Medicine, or Naturopathic Medicine. Strong customer service and sales experience. Interpersonal and professional skills. Team player with excellent time management and organizational skills. Commitment and responsibility to Smith's Pharmacy. Available for days, evenings, and weekends.
