Job Description

A career as an Executive Assistant in the National Clients Team means playing a strategic and essential role in supporting several senior leaders. This position allows you to make a real difference through your organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and initiative--contributing directly to the success of the business line.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and takes a collaborative approach. This role involves a high level of trust and transparency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and actively contributes to improving daily operations.

Your Job

Proactively manage calendars, emails, and priorities for leaders to support timely decision-making. Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, committees, and quarterly events, ensuring logistics and documentation are in place. Organize business travel and handle expense reports, reimbursements, and payments with accuracy. Support administrative processes related to recruitment in collaboration with Human Resources. Suggest process improvements and contribute to the team's operational efficiency. Oversee a high volume of invoice approvals, ensuring compliance and timely execution. Demonstrate maturity and autonomy in organizing work, managing time, and handling sensitive information.

Requisites

Completed professional or college diploma (or academic equivalency) and at least three years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools. Experience supporting senior leadership. Strong adaptability, autonomy, and sense of initiative. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
