PL Energy Services is seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant

to provide direct support to our leadership team. This in-person role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a sharp eye for detail, excellent written communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

You will be working closely with the Director of Operations, supporting key business functions including executive operations, internal communications, campaign rollouts, and project support.

Core Duties



Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel logistics for senior executives Draft, review, and respond to email correspondence with professionalism and clarity Conduct business research and prepare concise reports on potential opportunities Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns Manage and schedule posts on company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Organize and maintain a library of project images for marketing and client showcases Coordinate meetings, presentations, and document preparation across departments Support internal initiatives, special projects, and executive-level reporting Travel as required to project sites, client meetings, or events across Ontario and Canada

Skills and Qualifications



Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and time management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft TEAMS tools Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools is an asset Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Comfortable collaborating across departments and with external stakeholders

Able to remain calm, composed, and solution-focused in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations


Qualifications



2-4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Coordinator role Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Experience in engineering, construction, or technical services is considered an asset Valid Ontario Driver's Licence (G) Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) Willingness to travel occasionally within Ontario and across Canada
