Paradigm Building Solutions runs a state-of-the-art factory with high-end robotic equipment. Paradigm produces open and closed wood wall panels in Louis Creek, B.C, minutes south of Barriere. There are only a small number of companies in the world running such high-end equipment, and we have big plans to be the market-leader in sustainable and energy-efficient prefabricated wall panels in Canada. Our company is very much data driven and we strive for excellence in everything we do. The

Executive Assistant

will provide administrative support to the senior leadership / executive team. This role provides a unique opportunity to partake in and support with various high level executive level tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items. Assist with document preparation, reports (internal and external), and presentation materials. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting. Maintain and organize shared files and support with document control. Support general administration and team coordination tasks. Support with coordinating and managing communications for executive level staff. Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables. Organize company and client events.
