Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various projects and events.

Duties



Provide executive administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring all details are meticulously handled. Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and financial record management. Coordinate projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion. Handle phone etiquette with professionalism while managing multi-line phone systems. Prepare documents through proofreading, transcription, and formatting using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Maintain customer service excellence by addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing incoming communications effectively.

Qualifications



Proven administrative experience with a focus on executive support or personal assistant roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with Google Calendar for efficient calendar management. Experience with DocuSign for document management is a plus. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and clerical tasks. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
