Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including location, technology, and materials. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation and detailed itineraries. Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. Maintain an organized filling system for both electronic and hard-copy documents. Assist in coordinating and tracking special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making. Manage expense reporting and budgeting tracking for executives. Create agendas and gather materials for meetings. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Serve as the first point of contact by handling phone calls, mail deliveries, general emails and greeting visitors professionally. Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply management, office equipment, and vendor relationships. Provide administrative assistance to other staff members as needed, including scheduling, document preparations and meeting coordination. Plan and execute company events, meetings and team-building activities in conjunction with the HR department. Anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges. Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:



3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
