REAL REVIVALS Property Styling and Home Staging is a professional, affordable home services company that helps people make decorative improvements to their home, whether they are selling or staying. We offer staging and decor consultations, full services staging and accessory rental, as well as listing and closing cleanings. We also offer a Help at Home service for local seniors, providing cleaning, ironing, organization as well as full transition / downsizing services.
We are growing and presently require an Executive Assistant to assist with daily running of the company. The responsibilities include administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, payroll, tracking project hours, social media marketing and book keeping. Exceptional attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. The successful candidate may be required to work from home to start and then at a designated office space for approximately 10 - 15 hours / week, 1-4 hours / day to start.
Applicant MUST RESIDE IN KINGSTON or surrounding area. A diploma / certificate in office administration or extensive administrative experience is REQUIRED. A very good working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel, experience with payroll, book keeping and use of social media platforms, (Instagram, Facebook) are mandatory. Experience using Canva (graphic design) would be an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
