What You'll Do
Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Executive Director and the Capital Project Team.
Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
Prepare documents, reports, and templates for project planning
Track workflows, milestones, and committee decisions
Organize workshops, meetings, and public-facing events
Support communications and public relations activities
Assist with financial tracking and procurement coordination

Post-secondary diploma in Business/Administration or equivalent education
Experience and Knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience
Proficiency in a standard Windows environment; knowledge of Visio is an asset
Strong organizational, communication, and public relations skills
Experience supporting financial tracking and procurement coordination is an asset
