. This role offers hands-on experience with senior leaders across education, planning, finance, non-profits, and event management. You'll support high-impact projects and gain practical skills in operations, executive administration, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Meeting Support:
Prepare weekly strategy packets, capture decisions, and track action items for leadership meetings.
Event & Community Engagement:
Coordinate logistics for panels, career fairs, and hosted ceremonies--before, during, and after the event.
Student & Program Operations:
Monitor attendance alerts and graduation timelines, ensuring timely follow-ups with program leads.
Social & Digital Presence:
Assist with LinkedIn content and reporting to grow our professional network and share member successes.
Process Improvement:
Help document and refine standard operating procedures across departments.
Qualifications
Recent
diploma or degree graduate
with a strong interest in administration, operations, or project coordination.
Comfortable communicating with executives, partners, and students.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Eager learner who thrives in fast-moving, diverse business environments.
Compensation & Details
Hourly Rate:
$16-18/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Term:
6-month contract internship
Work Setting:
Onsite in Calgary, Alberta (with some flexibility if required)
