Please note: this position is remote; however, you must live in Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain an extremely busy executive calendar and arrange travel including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations
Draft and develop high level key support documents and communications
Research and prepare briefing materials, proactively following up in advance of key meetings
Attend, record and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner
Responsible for accounts receivables and payables as well as annual billing of membership dues
Maintenance and management of company records
Prepare correspondence and communications
Expense reporting and tracking
Must be diplomatic, and practice discretion when dealing with confidential matters
Collaborative with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients
Provide administrative support to other members as required
Requirements:
Minimum five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a senior or executive administrative support role
Post-secondary education related to office management and administration
Previous experience working in the nonprofit sector or comparable work environment would be a strong asset
Very strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management, staff members and outside public
A self-starter, ability to stay ahead of priorities and comfortable balancing multiple demands in a dynamic environment
Highly competent in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Impeccable organizational skills are needed to manage multiple priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing office environment
Must have excellent business acumen while maintaining the utmost confidentiality
Superior grammatical and proofreading skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in marketing and event planning would be an asset
Occasional travel between Edmonton and Calgary will be required
