Role Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you\'ll collaborate with marketing events assistants, sales representatives, and customer service teams to enhance brand exposure for our clients. You\'ll contribute to creating engaging client events from inception to execution.

Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day tasks as a Brand Ambassador will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieving personal and event team sales targets through daily interactions at event sites across Vancouver.
• Offering accurate, comprehensive information to customers for optimal value.
• Building strong customer relationships through open communication.
• Collaborating with management to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining event appearance, layout, and design.
• Partnering with marketing and PR to attract new customers to events.

Important Notes:

Given the nature of our roles, successful candidates must be able to commute daily to our Vancouver office.
