We are seeking a skilled Excello Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating Excello machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. You'll also perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment runs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Excello machinery for production runs. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues. Ensure products meet quality specifications. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Excello (Manual )machine Operator or similar role preferred (min. 2 years). Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machinery Proper usage of measurement tools (i.e.: high gauges, bore gauges, etc.). Solid knowledge of GD&T Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Possessed skills, should allow applicant to be able: `` To drill/bore tight tolerance. holes (after setting up proper machine rpm/feeds) Work independently with the drill jigs/fixtures (with limited or no supervisor
instructions)

To build his own set-up to hold securely the part for specific machining operation. Produce c/sinks with tight tolerance Working knowingly with CMM report (preferred but not required)
