Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery, ensuring efficient and safe completion of construction and excavation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment functionality and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

Duties

Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers,dozers Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines. Safely transport equipment to and from job sites as needed. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment. Assist in building structures or foundations as per project specifications.

Skills

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to dig accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Familiarity with reading drawings Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.

Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
