Job Overview


We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team on concrete sidewalk, curb, and trenching projects. The role involves operating midsize excavators and other heavy equipment to dig trenches, foundations, and complete related tasks. You'll need to be safety-minded, reliable, and comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Operate excavators for trenching, foundation digging, and related work Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Read and follow blueprints, site plans, and job specifications Work closely with other crew members to meet project goals Keep the job site clean and organized Take on additional manual labor tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements



Minimum 5 years of experience operating excavators in a construction environment Valid operator's license and certification Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks Strong knowledge of construction safety procedures Good communication skills and team mindset Willing and able to work in all weather conditions
