Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavator for all phases of civil construction, including final grade and precision work Perform routine equipment care:

fueling, greasing, cleaning

Maintain a safe and organized work area Work collaboratively with ground crews and other equipment operators Follow site safety protocols and company policies

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years

of excavator operating experience in civil construction Strong understanding of the civil construction industry Proven skills as a

finish operator

A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work well with others Pride in workmanship and strong work ethic

Valid BC Driver's License

(Class 1 with air brakes an asset) Fluent in English (written and verbal) Current First Aid certification is an asset (not required) Willingness to travel out of town for projects occasionally as required

Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
