Operate excavators (various sizes) to perform tasks such as trenching, bulk excavation, slope work, and backfilling. Perform rough and finish grading as required. Work safely around utilities, pipelines, and other underground infrastructure. Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and laser/GPS systems if applicable. Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance checks. Coordinate closely with ground crews, supervisors, and other equipment operators. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company safety protocols.

Experience/Qualifications:

2-3 or more years of running a Excavator Underground Utility and Earthworks construction experience are required. High attention to detail is required. Pay to be determined by skill and experience. Ensure compliance with all Company policies, OH & S Legislation, and WCB reporting procedures. Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals. Must have your own transportation. Must have own steel-toes safety boots. Seasonal, full-time, and weekends

Compensation for this position will be based on experience and qualifications, within our established pay brackets. The maximum wage for this role is $38 per hour.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
