Job Description

1-2 years experience providing exceptional customer service in a professional work environment with a proven track record of success is required. Basic understanding of Canadian Banking & Banking Products: be it managing your own finances, working in another financial institution or in a fast-paced client facing environment, using cash management skills, our broad range of opportunities can align to your experience. You have used a chequing and savings account, online and mobile banking. Call Centre and/or Banking experience, or education in Finance/Business (or related field) is an asset, but not required. You are Client-obsessed and thrive on making great things possible for your clients, team members, Albertans, and beyond. You are driven to perform and have an innate drive for high performance and meeting organizational goals. You are a champion of belonging, embracing the values of diversity & inclusion, and champion the idea that our differences are our strengths You are an exceptional and clear communicator, and demonstrate this through verbal and written communication You have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot various technologies and manage multiple systems, software and platforms with ease while assisting our clients. You have the ability to source information online, ensuring internal processes are followed, use self-serve tools and possess a degree of digital literacy You are fiercely accountable in everything you do. This includes your own individual performance and the performance of your team. You are a critical thinker, problem solver, and thrive on digging in and finding ways to make it possible for Albertans. You are resilient and can perform in a fast paced environment while independently prioritizing and completing your tasks efficiently You have a growth mindset and are a life long learner who accepts feedback positively and uses it to grow. You are a connector who thrives on building new relationships and nurturing existing ones You are curious and adaptable Flexibility in schedule and ability to work rotational shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must! Committed to a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, at our Calgary Campus location, as a HYBRID worker. Eligible candidates must reside within a reasonable commutable distance (60km) from the ATB Calgary Campus. This is subject to change based on business needs.
