We are looking for an experienced Events Team Leader.

This is a year round position but hours will vary based on events.

We are searching for a talented and motivated Events Team Leader to work alongside our Events Manager to organize and oversee outstanding and unforgettable events. The main goals would be to provide our guests with an outstanding experience.

This is a unique role. We are a small & flexible team, looking for someone who is flexible and creative, as well as extremely detail-oriented.

Essential Job Functions:

Plan & execute events year round. Gain a complete understanding for each event and it's requirements. Help with on line bookings Be flexible - different events will have different timelines Day-to-day administration of events and programs including placing orders, monitoring vendors, monitoring registration, tracking RSVPs, answering attendee questions and resolving issues. Manage event calendars. Work with cross functional teams to execute event Assist with all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes. Work closely with the marketing team Work with team members to ensure standards of event execution are being met

Job Requirements:

Highly Organized & ability to multi-task Creativity is a MUST Experience organizing & executing events as asset Ability to communicate effectively is a MUST Must be able to work independently and within a small team. Driving & owning your own vehicle is a MUST. Must have a minimum of a post-secondary degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
