As Resolver's Event Specialist, you will support the Demand Generation Team in driving pipeline through events, trade shows and conferences, as well as coordinating webinars for all division of our business. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the coordination, and execution of

in-person

as well as virtual/webinar events.

Your Day to Day - Let's Break it Down!





Event Planning & Management (65%)



Measures of success: Successful and timely delivery of planned events. Supporting the generation of opportunities & sales pipeline, growing awareness and engagement within our target markets.

Support event planning for in-person and virtual tradeshows, conferences, and customer events, as well as internal events as needed. Work with Demand Generation Manager to identify event and sponsorship opportunities to support pipeline generation. Identify creative opportunities to showcase Resolver and attract prospects to the booth or event within budget. Ensure events and related materials align with the brand strategy and meets brand standards consistently. Work with trade show and exhibit vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets including logos, collateral, booths, presentations, videos, and show setup requirements, etc. Coordinate logistics of event materials and devices (booth displays, collateral, swag, shipping, tracking, etc.). Setup and dismantle assistance as required. Travel is required. Identify areas for process efficiency and operations efficacy. Ensure lead lists are captured and processed in a timely manner for sales follow up. Work with marketing operations teams on event campaign setup and lead processing. Work with internal designer and content developers on the development and/or production of sales collateral. Coordinate online & offline promotion for all events. Including social media, paid ads, sales enablement, landing pages and email promotions. Assist with developing the event brief, best practices documentation, and communication to stakeholders and sales teams. Provide tracking of event performance. Work with internal stakeholders responsible for paid programs, content, email automation, design, marketing operations, sales enablement, website, and product marketing to support events and webinars. Ensure alignment between sales and marketing on events through regular communication and collaboration with the sales team. Other related tasks as required.

Webinar Support (20%)





Measures of success: Successful and timely delivery of planned webinars. Supporting the generation of opportunities & sales pipeline, growing awareness and engagement within our target markets.

Work with Demand Generation Manager to coordinate requirements and support for webinars across divisions. Work with content marketing, product marketing, and product teams to execute live or recorded webinars. Setup, manage, and optimize webinars and product showcases. Collaborate with the sales team on organizing relevant sales follow-up for webinars and events. Provide suggestions for improving our processes and results for webinars and events. Work with marketing operations teams on webinar campaign setup and lead processing. Track registrations and attendance.

Reporting (15%)





Measures of success: Reports that accurately communicate performance, areas of improvement, cost per opportunity, and action items based on analysis.



Track registrations and attendance. Provide insights and recommendations for events and webinars. Complete post-event analysis and identify new opportunities. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports. Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness of events.

People Who Excel (Your background)



1-3 years experience coordinating marketing events in B2B companies (SaaS preferred). Experience in planning trade shows, webinars, and events. Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage workload. Demonstrate ownership and independence. Comfortable with travel (ground or air) Passion for events and driving business results. Experience working with sales team. Exposure and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Pardot or Marketo is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high energy and a positive attitude. Ability to prioritize projects and thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
