What We're Looking For





We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Events & Marketing Manager

to bring our brand to life through impactful events and compelling content. In this role, you'll

coordinate and execute

both

in-person and virtual events

,

support partner co-marketing initiatives

, and

create engaging marketing content

across channels. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed, and results-driven.

What You'll Be Doing




Plan and execute

in-person and virtual events

, including

logistics, registration

, and

on-site coordination

(Canada and US travel required)

Manage

event budgets, timelines

, and

vendor relationships

Lead event promotion across

email, social

, and

partner channels

Act as the

main point of contact

during events to ensure smooth execution Collaborate with partners on

co-branded marketing campaigns

and

joint events

Coordinate partner deliverables

and

ensure alignment

with brand guidelines

Write and publish

content such as

blog posts

,

case studies

,

emails

, and

social media posts

Support campaign execution

across multiple channels under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager

Maintain the marketing calendar

to track upcoming events, content, and campaigns Work with

internal teams and external vendors

to deliver marketing materials on time Monitor and report on

event and campaign performance

Gather feedback and insights

to improve future marketing initiatives

Ensure brand consistency and quality

across all marketing touchpoints

What We're Looking For




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, business, or a related field

3+ years

of marketing experience, with a strong focus on field/partner marketing, event management, content development, and campaign execution Proven track record of

managing and executing

successful marketing events

Exceptional

project management, organizational, and communication skills

Demonstrated success

in managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights

Nice to Haves




Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools Experience writing for B2B and enterprise audiences Proficiency in graphic design or familiarity with design tools
