Job Overview
This role is responsible for contributing to the success of canfitpro in-person and online events and webinars. This role must manage deadlines and communications with vendors, delegates and presenters. Finally, this role is responsible for meeting registration and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provides creative support and customer insights to the overall development of event experiences related to the annual event and meeting planning efforts including research & development, data analysis, and goal setting.
  • Communicates with service providers and suppliers to deliver various aspects of the event experience, including but not limited to registration, audio/visual, volunteer management, venues, mobile app, show decorator, vendors and presenters.
  • Contributes to the administrative support for event operations, logistics, budget, tracking, contracting, and reporting.
  • Provides event support on premise and remotely as needed to support the execution and delivery of event experiences.

Suppliers, Vendors, Volunteers, Presenters
Purpose of Communication: Managing suppliers/vendors as it relates to event planning / Coordinating with volunteers and presenters as it relates to event curriculums
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong people skills and ability to deliver on objectives with a service minded approach
  • Must be able to work in fast pace, changing environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Conditions
  • Lifting or moving objects (event/club equipment,weights)

  • Continuous screen time demanding audio and visual attention

  • Road or Train Travel (Yearly, 3-4 hours)

Compensation: $43,000.00 - $65,000.00
