Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for all event and catering inquiries
Manage all large group reservations, private events, and off-site catering
Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless event execution
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Work with chefs to create custom menus for events
Develop and support event sales strategies to drive revenue
Assist with event-related social media and marketing content
Qualifications
2+ years of event coordination experience (hospitality preferred)
Background in restaurant service
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Available for evenings/weekends as needed
