You are an analytical problem solver who gets excited about data, technology, and analytics! You work well with others, communicate effectively in both the written and spoken word, and are comfortable interacting with multiple different personalities. Organized, motivated and focused, you are a strategic planner and would never be caught with your head in \xe2\x80\x9cthe cloud\xe2\x80\x9d! As the Events and Systems Administrator, you are accountable for the building and maintenance of events within multiple software platforms and work directly with our operations managers and other departments. You will leverage your analytical prowess, systems and account management skills, as well as your ability to keep track of multiple priorities. You will also lean on your ability to learn, adapt to changing situations, solve technical challenges, and handle tight timelines. In a perfect world, you have a diploma or degree in computer science, information systems, similar technical education, possess proficiency in the use of Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s suite of office products, and have experience with analytics tools (GA4, Meta) and custom report writing. For bonus points you have exposure to the Paciolan suite or other ticketing software, basic html, emailing systems, and marketing automation.
