In this role, you will assist in executing event ticket service delivery in venues managed by our client, and this by greeting guests, scanning tickets and resolving ticketing issues, and upholding venue policies in a friendly and professional manner.   • Inspect areas for safety hazards, conduct aisle walks, and report issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Monitor designated areas during events to ensure guest safety and compliance with venue policies.
  • Control guest movement and limit access to specific areas based on valid tickets.
  • Provide accurate directions and assistance to guests to find their seats and resolve seating challenges.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guests\' needs, answering questions, and providing directions.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Security and First Aid, to offer quick and responsive service.
  • Maintain a visible presence in designated areas and stations within the venue to assist attendees.
  • Be the first responder to issues in the seating area and keep the seating area safe and tidy.
  • Follow thoroughly event procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Operate ticketing systems, assist customers with purchasing decisions, and process payments and refunds accurately.Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in guest/customer service in forward-facing industries is an asset
  • Experience in ticketing programs (TM1) is a plus
  • Bilingualism is also an asset
  • Ability to develop a growing knowledge of a digital ticketing system
  • Must possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and diplomacy with the public.
  • Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs
  • Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that provides guests with an entertaining, fun, and dynamic experience.
  • Consistently arrive to work on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction, and solicit feedback to improve performance.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and solve problems.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check (CRC).
  • Must be able to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Capable of sitting, walking and standing for extended periods of time (up to 3 hours at a time)
